Argentina retornó al mercado de deuda en dólares tras casi ocho años y logró colocar US$ 1.000 millones del nuevo Bonar 2029N, un bono en dólares con tasa fija del 6,50%, bajo legislación local.
El instrumento alcanzó una Tasa Anual del 9,26%, levemente por encima del rendimiento buscado por el equipo económico conducido por Luis Caputo, que aspiraba a un nivel igual o inferior al 9%.
Demanda
La licitación recibió 2.693 ofertas, por un total superior a US$ 1.400 millones en valor nominal.
Finalmente, se adjudicaron US$ 1.000 millones de VNO a un precio de corte de US$ 910 por cada 1.000 VNO, lo que generó un Valor Efectivo Adjudicado de US$ 910 millones.
Impacto
El monto colocado permite cubrir casi la totalidad de los vencimientos de los Bonar 2029 y 2030 de enero de 2026, que totalizan cerca de US$ 1.200 millones.
La Secretaría de Finanzas destacó que el rendimiento obtenido:

Representa un diferencial de 550 puntos básicos sobre los bonos del Tesoro de EE.UU.

Está 100 puntos básicos por debajo de los bonos soberanos argentinos de similar duración
Lo que refleja, según el comunicado, “una demostrada confianza de los inversores en la mejora de los fundamentals económicos”.
