La Secretaría de Finanzas anunció la licitación del Bono del Tesoro Nacional en dólares 6,50% con vencimiento en 2029, identificado como BONAR 2029N, marcando un retorno significativo de Argentina al mercado de capitales.
La operación se lanza en un contexto de fuerte compresión de tasas en los bonos soberanos en dólares, lo que favorece la colocación del nuevo instrumento.
Objetivo
El propósito principal es refinanciar vencimientos de capital en dólares, en especial los AL30 y AL29 que operan el 9 de enero de 2026, sin comprometer el proceso de acumulación neta de reservas del Banco Central.
Detalles de la licitación
La licitación se realizará el miércoles 10 de diciembre de 2025 y la liquidación el viernes 12 de diciembre. La suscripción será exclusivamente en dólares estadounidenses y la emisión se efectuará por indicación de precio, sin rangos mínimos ni máximos.
La estructura se dividirá en dos tramos:

Tramo No Competitivo: para inversores no especializados, por montos ≤ VNO USD 50.000.

Tramo Competitivo: para inversores especializados o montos > VNO USD 50.000.
