YPF S.A. y Limay Energía S.A. informaron un acuerdo para la cesión del 100% de la concesión de explotación convencional sobre el área Manantiales Behr y la concesión de transporte de hidrocarburos sobre los oleoductos El Trébol Caleta Córdova, en la Provincia del Chubut y (a venta del stock de materiales en los almacenes de Manantiales Behr y Km 20.
El precio total acordado para ambos acuerdos asciende a 575 millones de dólares, más el IVA correspondiente, de los cuales el 60% será abonado al cierre de la transacción y el saldo restante dentro de los 12 meses posteriores al cierre.
Al cierre del tercer trimestre de 2025, el área tuvo una producción diaria aproximada de 25 kbbl/d de petróleo y 0,5 millones de m3/d de gas natural.
