La petrolera YPF informó al mercado el acuerdo logrado con Pluspetrol para intercambio de activos.
YPF realizó el intercambio del 44,44% de las acciones de Vaca Muerta Inversiones (VMI) de su titularidad de YPF, por el 50% de participación de Pluspetrol S.A. en las áreas Las Tacanas, Meseta Buena Esperanza y Aguada Villanueva, ubicadas en la Provincia del Neuquén. De este modo, YPF pasará a ser el titular del 100% de tales áreas.
VMI es una sociedad controlada al 100% por YPF y titular del 45% de participación en los contratos de Unión Transitoria y Acuerdo de Operación Conjunta correspondientes a los bloques La Escalonada y Rincón La Ceniza en la Provincia del Neuquén.
