El encuentro congregará no solo a las autoridades de los gobiernos locales de los departamentos del centro y norte provincial, sino también a representantes de los comités de cuenca, entidades agropecuarias y productivas, y organizaciones civiles vinculadas directamente a la gestión del riesgo de desastres.
