La petrolera YPF informó a la Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) que a partir del 4 de agosto concretará un desdoblamiento (split) de sus acciones ordinarias en una relación de 10 a 1. De este modo, la compañía reemplazará sus 393.312.793 títulos de valor nominal $ 10 por un total de 3.933.127.930 acciones de valor nominal $ 1 cada una.

A través de una nota presentada ante Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA), la empresa aclaró los puntos centrales de la medida:
