La Secretaría de Agricultura por medio de la Resolución N 89/2026, formalizó un nuevo proceso administrativo para el tratamiento de sumarios por infracción vinculados a la actividad de control comercial agropecuario.
La misma reduce los tiempos de tratamiento de los expedientes, con el objetivo de ordenar la gestión interna, garantizar mayor transparencia y asegurar el derecho de defensa de los operadores de granos y carnes, estableciendo pasos claros y plazos razonables para cada etapa del proceso.
La medida, además, reduce el tratamiento de los expedientes de infracciones -que duraban entre 3 y 10 años- a un proceso que aproximadamente dura 90 días.
