El Gobierno nacional dispuso un anticipo financiero de $220.000 millones a la provincia de Entre Ríos, según lo establecido en el Decreto 922/2025, publicado en el Boletín Oficial.
La normativa establece que el anticipo deberá ser reintegrado con intereses, calculados en base a la Tasa Mayorista de Argentina (TAMAR). El repago se instrumentará mediante la retención automática de fondos coparticipables y otros recursos provinciales sin afectación específica.
De acuerdo con el decreto, la asistencia tiene carácter transitorio y está destinada a atender compromisos financieros urgentes, vinculados tanto a la ejecución del presupuesto de gastos como a la amortización de deudas de la provincia.
El mecanismo de adelantos financieros forma parte de las herramientas habituales del Tesoro Nacional para asistir a las jurisdicciones subnacionales ante tensiones de liquidez de corto plazo, sin implicar transferencias no reintegrables.
