La Secretaría de Energía actualizó el precio mínimo de adquisición para el biodiesel en $1.590.832 por tonelada, para su mezcla obligatoria con gasoil y hasta fijar un nuevo precio que lo reemplace.
Por medio de la Resolución 422/2025 se indicó que el precio fijado tiene en cuenta las actuales condiciones del mercado de biocombustibles.
Por último, se destaca que el plazo de pago de biodiesel no podrá exceder los siete días corridos desde la fecha de factura correspondiente.
El gobierno y las cámaras del sector se encuentran actualmente discutiendo una nueva ley de biocombustibles que permita liberar el precio y aumentar el corte.
