Tal como había adelantado el ministro de Economía, Luis Caputo, el Gobierno prepara el envío de una nueva Ley de Inocencia Fiscal que apunta a conseguir dólares no declarados.
Según el borrador al que accedieron algunos medios, uno de los cambios sería la eliminación de los topes de ingresos y patrimonio que regían para acceder al régimen simplificado. Hasta ahora, quienes superaban los $1.000 millones de ingresos anuales o los $10.000 millones de patrimonio quedaban excluidos.
Con la nueva propuesta de Ley, el criterio principal pasa a ser la residencia fiscal, que deberá mantenerse durante todo el período declarado.
Otro cambio sería la fijación de un plazo para adherir. El borrador establece que habrá tiempo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2027 para exteriorizar fondos sin consecuencias retroactivas. De este modo, el régimen deja de ser permanente y pasa a tener una ventana definida, lo que, según analistas, busca hacerlo compatible con estándares internacionales en materia de control de lavado de dinero.
El texto también refuerza la obligatoriedad de canalizar las operaciones a través del sistema financiero formal y se introducen cambios que reducen la presión fiscal sobre quienes decidan ingresar al régimen.
