La Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) estableció, mediante la Resolución General 1092, un tope del 20% para la inversión en cauciones dentro de las carteras de los Fondos Comunes de Dinero (Money Market).
Justificación
El organismo fijó este límite tras un monitoreo conjunto con el Banco Central (BCRA), que detectó un incremento significativo en la participación de los Money Market en el mercado de cauciones.
El BCRA recomendó formalmente establecer el tope con el fin de preservar el funcionamiento de la política monetaria. La CNV adoptó esa recomendación como parte de su política de coordinación regulatoria.
Vigencia
La disposición entrará en vigencia el 1 de diciembre de 2025 y apunta a fortalecer la protección al inversor y promover el ahorro nacional, en línea con la Ley de Mercado de Capitales N.º 26.831 y sus modificatorias.
