En el marco del webinar, organizado por Asociación de la Cadena de la Soja Argentina (Acsoja), titulada Perspectivas para la campaña 25/26: Situación Global, logística y márgenes por región, María Marta Rebizo, Gerente de Asuntos Económicos de CIARA-CEC, sostuvo que entre los desafíos externos para la campaña 2025/26 para la soja, es importante que las autoridades competentes en cada país europeo reconozcan a VISEC, una plataforma de sustentabilidad ambiental y social que reúne a miembros de las distintas cadenas de valor.
Es importante ampliar VISEC como plataforma de cadena de producción y comercialización de soja y derivados con bajo nivel de emisiones de carbono, generando información de emisiones desde lotes hasta embarques, indicó Rebizo.
Otro punto importante, es lograr que la Unión Europea revalué la categorización a riesgo bajo como ya lo obtuvieron EE.UU., China y Uruguay. Actualmente, el país esta categorizada como de riesgo estándar.
A partir de los aranceles anunciados por Donald Trump, presidente de Estados Unidos, Rebizo hizo hincapié en la importancia de la exportación de harina de soja hacia China. Además, enfatiza la posibilidad de aumentar exportaciones aceite de soja a EE.UU, con posibilidades de conseguir mejores accesos que sus competidores.
Como desafíos internos, es importante implementar en conjunto con empresas semilleras, la secretaria de Agricultura y exportadores, un esquema robusto que permita avanzar en la aprobación de evento biotecnológicos. Además, destaca que hay que seguir trabajando en promover la información técnica de las bolsas, para una baja permanente y definitiva de los DEX del complejo soja.
