Minerva Foods realizó la primera exportación aérea de carne vacuna desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Rosario (AIR) a Panamá. Se enviaron 300 kg de carne bovina enfriada y 144 kg de pacú congelado a Estados Unidos, a través de Copa Airlines.
La operación marcó un importante precedente para la descentralización de las exportaciones argentinas y la apertura de nuevos corredores logísticos desde el interior del país.
El vuelo incluyó un contenedor con cortes de carne bovina enfriada sin hueso de alta calidad, como entraña fina, tapa de cuadril y colita de cuadril, producidos en la planta de Minerva Foods de Rosario.
La exportación fue posible gracias a la coordinación entre SENASA, la Dirección General de Aduanas, las compañías aéreas y operadores logísticos (forwarders),
