Polar mass lowers temperatures, but without risk of frost to coffee areas
The advance of the cold front already brings rain to the north of Paraná, with moisture expected to continue until Friday. Accumulated moisture must be 23 mm in the region, mainly in Londrina. The cold front advances into São Paulo on Thursday, with the forecast of accumulated rain between 5 and 10 mm. The rain reaches the southern region of Minas between Friday and Saturday, especially in the towns of Três Pontas, Machado, and Campos Gerais, where the accumulated forecast can reach 15 mm. Moisture may be sufficient to induce blossoming, especially in Paraná, Mogiana region (SP) and some locations in the south of Minas. Light rain showers may also occur in Matas de Minas region, Bahia, and Espírito Santo.
