La Sociedad Rural Argentina (SRA) informó que el Gobierno nacional contempló varias de las propuestas presentadas por la entidad en el marco del proyecto de reforma laboral que será debatido en el Congreso.
Desde la entidad señalaron que el diálogo con el Ejecutivo permitió incorporar modificaciones orientadas a mejorar las condiciones de contratación y reducir la litigiosidad laboral en el sector agropecuario.
Principales propuestas incluidas
Entre los puntos impulsados por la SRA que fueron considerados en el proyecto oficial se destacan:

Eliminación de la responsabilidad solidaria indiscriminada entre el propietario de la tierra y el arrendatario productor.

Supresión de la figura de trabajador permanente discontinuo.

Extensión del período de prueba a ocho meses.
-
Negociación salarial entre sindicatos y la Mesa de Enlace.
-
Creación del Fondo de Asistencia Laboral (FAL) para financiar indemnizaciones a cargo del empleador.
-
Actualización razonable de los créditos laborales.
-
Inclusión de personas humanas en el Régimen de Incentivos para Medianas Inversiones (RIMI).
-
Eliminación del cupo anual fijado por el Congreso para la devolución del IVA.
-
Definición clara de la fecha desde la cual se podrá computar la devolución del beneficio del IVA.
Próximo paso legislativo
La reforma laboral deberá ahora avanzar en su tratamiento legislativo, donde se espera un debate intenso entre oficialismo y oposición, con especial atención a los sectores productivos y del empleo formal.
