El precio de compra fue de $4.175 millones, sujeto a ajustes. Intertrópico factura anualmente cerca de $13.000 millones y cuenta con más de 1.400 clientes.
La operación representa un paso estratégico clave para la expansión internacional de Morixe en los mercados europeo y estadounidense.
