As\u00ed lo confirm\u00f3 el CEO de la entidad, Gonzalo Merlo, durante una conferencia organizada por BTG Pactual.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"2\">Integraci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica en el mercado de capitales<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Merlo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la consolidaci\u00f3n es el paso natural para capturar el crecimiento del <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"86\">mercado de capitales<\/b> argentino en un contexto macroecon\u00f3mico favorable. Ambas firmas comparten visiones estrat\u00e9gicas e inversores, lo que facilitar\u00e1 el avance de las conversaciones.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Actualmente, BYMA ejecuta proyectos tecnol\u00f3gicos mientras A3 finaliza la integraci\u00f3n entre MAE y Matba Rofex. El desarrollo del <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"128\">mercado de capitales<\/b>, que representa el 12% del PBI frente al 34% de otros mercados emergentes, resultar\u00e1 clave para la tracci\u00f3n de inversiones.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Esta consolidaci\u00f3n institucional se alinea con la mayor liquidez proyectada tras el split accionario de YPF.
