La resoluci\u00f3n oficial busca resguardar la libre competencia en el mercado de la conectividad local.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"2\">Condiciones estructurales para la compra de Telef\u00f3nica<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">La firma compradora tendr\u00e1 la obligaci\u00f3n regulatoria de ceder 6 millones de clientes m\u00f3viles a un nuevo operador. Esta medida t\u00e9cnica equivale a desprenderse de casi el 50,0% de su cartera actual para evitar una concentraci\u00f3n excesiva en perjuicio de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Mitigaci\u00f3n de monopolios en telecomunicaciones<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">El dictamen exige adem\u00e1s la restituci\u00f3n de 130 MHz de espectro radioel\u00e9ctrico al Estado nacional. Asimismo, el texto establece la reestructuraci\u00f3n del servicio de internet fija en diversas localidades cr\u00edticas.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">La viabilidad final del negocio queda sujeta a que el Grupo Clar\u00edn ejecute de manera inmediata la totalidad de las medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n regulatorias.
