Sin embargo, posterg\u00f3 sus aplicaciones hasta que el Congreso defina el origen de los costos de cada ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan indicaron en el bolet\u00edn oficial, la efectivizaci\u00f3n de la ley universitaria implicar\u00eda un gasto de $1 bill\u00f3n aproximadamente para el presupuesto de 2025, y que seg\u00fan la ley de Administraci\u00f3n Financiera, toda ley que autorice gastos fuera de lo presupuestado, debe explicar las fuentes de los recursos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la ley de Emergencia Pedi\u00e1trica se estima un gasto de $196 millones y tampoco se aplicar\u00e1 hasta que no se anuncien el origen de los recursos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El jefe de Gabinete, Guillermo Francos hab\u00eda mencionado hace algunas semanas que el gobierno ten\u00eda que promulgar las leyes pero sin aplicaci\u00f3n. \u00abEl Congreso debe ser consciente de gastos no previstos seg\u00fan el presupuesto\u00bb , afirm\u00f3 Francos en el evento de Amcham que sucedi\u00f3 a comienzo de octubre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno argentino oficializ\u00f3 la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Ley Universitaria y la Ley de Emergencia Pedi\u00e1trica, mediante los decretos 759\/2025 y 760\/2025.
