{"id":66575,"date":"2025-08-25T15:21:22","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T18:21:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/safras.com.br\/es\/?p=66575"},"modified":"2025-08-25T15:22:53","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T18:22:53","slug":"carnes-son-el-horizonte-de-desarrollo-para-argentina-dice-presidente-de-fifra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/safras.com.br\/es\/carnes-son-el-horizonte-de-desarrollo-para-argentina-dice-presidente-de-fifra\/","title":{"rendered":"Carnes son el horizonte de desarrollo para Argentina, dice presidente de FIFRA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del Congreso Federal III, Argentina Agrega Valor en Origen \/ Cumbre Mundial de la Bioeconom\u00eda, Daniel Urcia, presidente de FIFRA (Federaci\u00f3n de Industrias Frigor\u00edficas Regionales Argentinas), dijo que las carnes son el horizonte de desarrollo para Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa producci\u00f3n ganadera tiene espacio en todo el pa\u00eds, lo que permite un desarrollo considerable en el interior\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Urcia.<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos productivos, hay 370 establecimientos para la carne bovina, confirm\u00f3 el presidente de FIFRA.<\/p>\n<p>En el plano del mercado, Urcia destac\u00f3 al consumidor local, informando que se consumen 6500 toneladas de carne por d\u00eda. En el primer semestre del a\u00f1o, no hubo restricciones importantes y sin control de precios.<\/p>\n<p>Existe un h\u00e1bito de consumo que alterna entre carne bovina, pollo y porcina, por lo que el consumo per capita bovino no es alarmante, sino que existe una variaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para el mercado asi\u00e1tico, Urcia sostiene que Argentina debe pelear por ser considerado un pa\u00eds con productos de calidad.
