The December 2026 contract still accounts for the largest volume of open interest, although this figure has been declining as traders liquidate or transfer their positions to more distant contracts. This movement confirms the transition to March 2027 as the reference contract for transactions in Brazil’s physical coffee market.<\/p>\n
The difference is that March 2027 is trading below the 300-cent level, while December 2026 remains higher.
